Future Scope

Department of Mechanical Engineering is established in 2013 with intake of 60 at diploma program in Mechanical Engineering. Presently it has intake of 60 at diploma program in Mechanical Engineering. Mechanical engineering is one of the oldest and broadest engineering discipline which plays a significant role in enhancing safety, economic vitality, enjoyment and overall quality of life throughout the world.

Mechanical engineering is an engineering branch that combines engineering physics and mathematics principles with materials science to design, analyse, manufacture, and maintain mechanical systems.

The mechanical engineering field requires an understanding of core areas including mechanics, dynamics, thermodynamics, material science, structural analysis and electricity. In addition to these core principles, mechanical engineers use tools such as Computer Aided Design (CAD), Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM). It is the branch of engineering that involves the design, production, and operation of machinery and has modern laboratories like CAD-CAM, Workshop with well maintain machineries and equipment.
